  • When using our prepaid label $12 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Online purchases must be postmarked for return within 14 days of order date.
  • Online purchases can also be returned in store, in accordance with our policy below.


  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging. 
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • In-store purchases must be returned within 14 days of purchase date to be deemed eligible for a return or exchange. Online purchases must be postmarked for return within 14 days of order date.
  • Footwear must have unscuffed soles and be returned in the original shoe box. 
  • All hair accessories, skin care, face masks or altered items are FINAL SALE.
  • Items discounted over 50% off are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Returns of purchases made using rewards points will be refunded only the amount paid - any rewards points used toward that original purchase will be forfeited, as we are unable to transfer or restore used rewards points.
  • We monitor account activity and reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior. 

RETURNING A GIFT - In store, requests to return or exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. We will refund the purchase amount to a Twigs Gift Card.

ONLINE PRICE MATCH POLICY - Upon request, Twigs will match a lower price (including shipping and handling) from reputable online retailers on an identical item.  Items must be in stock and of the same size and color.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS - Enjoy extended holiday returns & exchanges until January 7th for gift purchases between Nov. 1st through Dec. 24th. Returns with a gift receipt will be issued as a gift card or even exchange.  All other purchases will follow our normal 14 day return policy.
