Make sure to return your item within 7 business days from when you received your order. Returns postmarked more than 7 business days from original delivery will not be eligible for a full refund.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Twigs and designer garment tags still attached. Please send a copy of the order invoice. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Merchandise can be returned with our pre-paid UPS label for a small fee, at your own expense via a different pre-paid and insured method (such as FedEx), or in-store.
Full-price footwear returns: when trying on footwear please do so on a carpeted surface. Creasing or scuffing of any kind on the upper or outsole will render footwear ineligible for return.
We reserve the right to deny a full refund if merchandise is sent back in unfavorable condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
